Saturday May 21st, 2016 from 12pm - 5pm | The Embarcadero Marina Park South: The All-day festival with over 60 food and libation booths and all-inclusive tastings, as well as live music, has been described as “Hog Heaven” and the Bacon Festival for Foodies.  

Benefits & What WE Provide

  • All Restaurants and Mixologists are automatically entered into the People's Choice competition, voted on by the people of course! Winners enjoy a trophy (presented on stage), additional social media promotion throughout the year and bragging rights!

Breweries/Distilleries/Wineries/Mixologists are asked to provide their own ice container, pourer, and dump bucket. Bacon & Barrels will provide booth signage, 8' table, ice, 1 cup per attendee, napkins, plates, and cutlery (all provided at entrance - 1 per attendee). Generator *
Embarcadero Marina Park South is an outdoor venue with no electrical outlets available onsite. Restaurants are welcome to provide their own quiet/silent generator(s) or you may request that Bacon & Barrels provide you with a generator for a fee of $50. First come, first serve. Generator provided will be between a 2,000-3,000 watt.
Tenting/Linen Needs (Choose all that apply) *
Please read through each option below carefully as we rely on this information to be able to provide an accurate event layout map to you. Non-branded linens and tenting will be provided upon request at no additional charge. Choose ALL that apply.
Please let us know if you will be bringing in a BBQ Pit (and trailer) so that we may place you in a position in the field that provides space for your BBQ pit/trailer. Please also let us know if you will have an open flame of any kind. If you will be bringing in a pit/grill/trailer please let us know the approximate length and width. If you will NOT be bringing in a pit/grill/trailer/will not have an open flame, please let us know as well.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) *
This is a standard requirement for all event participants that will be serving alcohol, and is a simple procedure for insurance providers to carry out. For any questions, please email [email protected]. NOTE: If you will NOT be serving alcohol, you will NOT need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. May 1, 2016 |   Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to May 1 and receive one (1) Additional Grand Tasting Pass for a total of (4) passes.

May 15, 2016 |    Final deadline to turn in COI. Please include "Create Promotions, LLC" and "San Diego Unified Port District" as additionally insured.
